The Kennel Club of Palm Springs
Sandra Groeschel was the Show Chair for their event last month. She has a dear friend, Ann Roth, the AKC Judge and President of the Hanover Kennel Club who was at the event. Head of The Lakes Kennel Club AKC Fast CAT
Jessie Douglas is the secretary for the Head of the Lakes Kennel Club 2023 FCAT.
"We just had to let all you Fast Cat clubs know. The Head of the Lakes Kennel Club held our first Fast Cat event this last weekend. It was a three-day trial with two trials a day. We wanted to hold a Fast Cat event, but we didn’t want to have to deal with taking entries, managing the money, setting start times, entering everything into multiple spreadsheets record times and everything else. We wanted to have fun! We looked for a company that could help with our trial. We found TopDogWebdesigns.com! Wow, what a great organization. The first thing they did was build us our own events website. With it we can hold all types of events. Then they made a custom on-line entry form. Our entrants got to pick their start times, entry confirmation and get a receipt within seconds of making their entries.
We could login to the site and check entries, make Day-of-Event Entries, see entries by trial. Their system provides a report of dogs that need to be measured, all check-in sheets, armbands, and creates spreadsheets, in armband order. All we had to do was enter the times. Their system doesn’t require internet. We could sort their spreadsheet by time to determine placements. When the event was over, we just uploaded the spreadsheets and it only took a few minutes to create our reports and the AKC CSV file to email to AKC. Finally, they do all the accounting. They gave us a detailed report for our treasurer. They did our refunds for us. They even have an email system to email entrants thank you emails and keep them informed of our other events.

Eight Shows in nine days, WOW! Toni Walters contacted us about a year ago. The Elgin Kennel Club wanted help with a new site. The 2022 National Standard Schnauzer Club Site
Darcy Morgan is on the committee for the 2022 National Standard Schnauzer Club. It is a very impressive site, Darcy helped to design the site and it is full of information related to their event. Accommodations, local Attractions, Airports, maps. Exhibitor information including Online Entries, Premium, Judging Program, maps for Grooming, Venue, and Travel Routes are found there. The site has online registration for Hospitality, Informal Dinners, the Awards Banquet, and Education Seminars. The complete schedule in easy to read format. There is a section for donations, Trophy Sponsorship and even a store. It is all there.
